Who Am I
As a Pacific Islander with over 20 years navigating through Corporate and Business in Fiji, PNG, and other island countries, I bring a unique understanding of our cultural nuances, lingo and protocols, shaped by my upbringing.
Born in Fiji I grew up in our family run business and understand how hard it was for my parents to keep the business afloat while ensuring that my siblings and I got a good education based on faith and a humbling upbringing. This has shaped what I am today.
What differentiates me from other consultants?
I know first-hand the challenges Pacific Islanders face in engaging with behavioral and leadership training rooted in a western perspective. This allows me to connect authentically with multi-cultural teams, fostering meaningful development that respects and aligns with unique Pacific Island values.
